| About | Imgining an All-Man’s Land with Soft Brexit Scenarios The project takes place within the border between La Linea de la Concepcion and Gibraltar. We felt Abrection through time, but we consider this border as liminal space. This enables emergence of an hybrid identity, so we want to create this space and initiate a transition design to achieve an All Man’s Land - A shared, inclusive space accessible and welcoming to everyone, often characterized by collective ownership, open public use, and minimal restrictions on entry. It serves as a common ground for diverse communities, fostering social interaction, equality, and a sense of belonging. The model could serve as a global precedent for resolving territorial disputes, especially in climate-affected regions through shared problems. International bodies might pressure both Spain and the UK to cooperate as part of broader climate change adaptation strategies in form of a Global Climate Governance. Soft Brexit idiom a Brexit in which the United Kingdom’s relationship with the European Union is a close as possible to what it was before Brexit: In a “soft Brexit”, Britain would be out of the EU but would retain strong economic ties, make budgetary contributions, and allow free movement of people. |
